This book discusses the parts of powers of attorney where you appoint a third party to handle your decisions in the instance you are unable to do so yourself.  It includes a checklist and things to discuss when you are interviewing potential agents.

This book weighs the advantages and disadvantages of using a will and the probate court to distribute your worldly goods. It reviews the time frame as well as the requirements.

How did Clark Gable, Elvis, Jane Austin and Katherine Hepburn divide their estates? Who used a will in conjunction with a trust? This book answers the questions. It also has a chapter listing the famous folk who didn't make a will.
